Testimonies:
Sam McCaskill- Sr. DL/OL Football player
Crossfit has been one of the biggest keys to my success as a high school athlete,. Crossfit has a systematic way of incorporating lifting and running into a dynamic workout that is all purposed as a race with a time limit. The workouts are extremely hard, and physically demanding. Although you may hate, or fear the workout, you will always feel good after. At Crossfit, they do a tremendous job of tempering the workout to fit YOU. Personally, my calling is football. This year, Travis and Kelsi changed my workouts so I had more weightlifting, with heavier weight. All in the offseason, I put on 15 to 20 pounds of muscle, but it wasn’t bulky muscle. They do a great job of keeping you flexible, and agile for top performance in your sport. Not only is crossfit a great way to stay in shape, but the community aspect keeps the mood light, and everyone is friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about crossfit.
Zach Trahan: Basketball player
I have participated in numerous sports: Basketball, Cross Country, MMA to name a few. When I was a Sophomore I was looking for away to take my athletics to a more competitive level, and then I discovered Crossfit Revival. I went into Crossfit unsure what to expect but this competitive sport pushed me really hard and the results showed. I transformed physically, and it was the life style that Crossfit presented that I really fell in love with. The Coaches are amazing and have helped me with improving my diet and they are very knowledge about the sport of crossfit. If you want to get into the best shape of your life both physical and mentally I would highly recommend Crossfit Revival.
Marcus McGovern: Wrestler
Wrestling requires me to be strong, powerful, coordinated, and conditioned. Doing crossfit benefits me in all of these areas. Since I started doing crossfit I have been able to wrestle at a higher intensity for a longer time with out getting tired. Crossfit has also improved my strength and ability to over power my opponents on the mat. The difference crossfit has made for me in wrestling is unlike any other training I’ve ever had.
